Our marinated and charbroiled to perfection Fajita Dinner with choice of beef, chicken or mix (1/2 pound per person) of fajita accompanied with Mexican style rice and beans, fresh homemade flour tortillas, grilled onions, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, chile con queso dip, tortilla chips and red sauce.

  • Buffet style service with service table.
  • Caterer fee is not included. It needs to be arranged with the catering consultant.
  • Set up time 1 1/2 hour before serving time.
  • 25 People minimun.
  • 48 Hours advance notice on weekdays only.
  • Payments: American Express, Visa, Master Card, check or cash.
